On March 13, The Hon. Judge R. Stanton Wettick, Jr., denied a motion by the Upper St. Clair School Board Majority (Trombetta, Iracki, Coliane, Sulkowski and Bluey) to suppress information related to the record of the IB litigation.

Ten sets of parents, acting as a representative group, filed suit against the 5-member School Board majority group to reverse the IB action, claiming both constitutional violations and repeated failures by the board to follow its own established procedures.

Settlement FAQ

 

The School Board voted at its meeting on April 24, 2006 to agree to the terms of a settlement between the parties in its lawsuit with families of IB Students in Upper St Clair.  The Term Sheet is posted at www.usc-waves.org  and contains the operative language of the agreement.
